Thank you for shopping with Fitsfan. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

To ensure the highest quality, every piece is inspected and shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse to your doorstep.


📦 Order Processing & Shipping Costs

To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, we follow a strict processing and shipping schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (HKT / GMT+8)
  • Order Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Shipping Method Estimated Transit Time Shipping Cost
    Standard Shipping 10-15 Business Days FREE
    Expedited Shipping 6-10 Business Days $29.99

Note: Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (1-3 business days) + Transit Time.

Import Duties & Taxes

  • International Orders: For orders shipped to the United States and other global destinations, purchases may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country.
  • Recipient Responsibility: Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Note: Fitsfan has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest contacting your local customs office for more details prior to placing your order.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your package is dispatched, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you immediately. You can track your package via our Tracking Page or directly through the carrier's website.Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.


⚠️ Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped.
  • Delayed Packages: While we strive for on-time delivery, external factors like customs or extreme weather may cause delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact support@fitsfan.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages:
  1. Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items and contact us at support@fitsfan.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
  2. Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if there is no movement for more than 10 business days, please reach out to us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, provide a full refund or reshipment at no extra cost.
