At FitsFan, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition: unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. A proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.

- Request: Email us at support@fitsfan.com to initiate a return and receive the correct return address.
- Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item within 3 business days.
- Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do not charge any restocking fees).
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective or incorrect due to our error, we cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
- Personal Reasons: For reasons such as "changed mind" or "ordered wrong size," the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@fitsfan.com with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at our expense.
📬 Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may have already been processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.
