    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

    Return Conditions

    To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition: unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. A proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.

    2. Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item within 3 business days.
    3. Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
    4. Refund: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

    🚚 Return Shipping Costs

    • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do not charge any restocking fees).
    • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective or incorrect due to our error, we cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
    • Personal Reasons: For reasons such as "changed mind" or "ordered wrong size," the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.

    ⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

    Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@fitsfan.com with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at our expense.

    📬 Order Cancellation

    Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may have already been processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.
